I would like to take a moment to introduce myself to those of you I have yet to meet and refresh the memory of those of you I do know on the work that I do. My name is David Morrison. I have been in private practice for the last 31 years primarily in the area of personal injury, representing accident victims for the last 28 years. We are always accepting referrals of personal injury patients and will promise you experience, honest service for your patients. I have also been the attorney for Arizona Association of Chiropractic for over 20 years and have represented hundreds of chiropractic physicians before the Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Among my other accomplishments are an appointment to the Governor’s Health Benefits Plan Committee in 1993, being elected President of the Arizona Association of Health Care Lawyers, being named Chiropractic Attorney of the year by the National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys in 1996, being elected Secretary of NACA 1993 to present and authoring several articles for the AAC Journal.
I am available to AAC members for free consultations and questions. I am available to non-members on an appointment-only basis. Upon request, I can provide you with an extensive list of references within the chiropractic community.

This is a new trick by the insurance companies to get unrepresented people to settle their claims. We want to try to prevent it before it becomes an epidemic.
If you have been in an auto accident, DO NOT agree to give a recorded statement to the opposing insurance company.
It is permissible to speak to them for property damage purposes; but not in a recorded conversation.
They will try to force you to do a recorded conversation, but there is nothing in the law that requires you to consent to this process.
If you have questions or are concerned about what the insurance company is trying to do, please feel free to ask the doctor or consult with an attorney.
If you agree to a recording, and if you agree during the recording to settle your claim, you will be prevented from collecting any future damages
